Elder Care Services’ Nutrition Services Programs have been serving seniors since 1972 by providing a hot meal, which meets one-third of recommended daily nutritional requirements.
For frail, home-bound seniors, these meals are the lifeline that allows them to age comfortably in their homes, and avoid the costly alternative of early nursing home placement.
*All services are during the weekday only. There is currently no weekend service.
Meals on Wheels — Through the generosity of donors and volunteers, Elder Care Services has been operating the local Meals on Wheels program since 1972 in our community! This volunteer-driven lunch delivery program serves home-bound, food insecure seniors in our community Monday through Friday at no cost to the senior. For home-bound seniors living outside of the daily delivery route, frozen meals are available as a convenient, alternative option to meet your nutritional needs. Contact us to find out if you or your loved one qualifies for Meals on Wheels.
